Room Rental for Healthcare practitioners
We offer consulting/therapy rooms at competitive rates for licenced healthcare practitioners with flexible booking options.
Our rental fee covers everything you require to run your clinic in a high street location including a waiting area for clients, WIFI internet access and clinical waste disposal.
PPE is available at an extra cost (please email the practice for PPE pricing).
There is no additional VAT on room rental and no extra charges unless you choose our PPE option
Committed Hours Rental
This option gives you a regular clinic time.
We ask you to commit to a regular slot of 3 hours or more per week payable monthly.

COVID-19 Compliant
Our premises have been fully risk assessed and have stringent procedures in place to minimise the risk of COVID-19. We ask all practitioners wishing to rent a room to adhere to these procedures. (these will be provided in writing before any rental commences).
A Licence to Practice
Rooms are available only to licensed Medical Practitioners and Therapists who wish to utilise our rooms.
Accreditation Criteria
We are happy to rent our rooms to members of an accredited professional body who have appropriate professional insurance. This is important in maintaining our reputation as a client centred business providing high quality care
