If you’re feeling alone and know that something is not right.

If whatever you do, the feeling just won’t go away, this can be a sign that you no longer want to feel that way. Talking to a therapist can alleviate that burden. Sharing your thoughts and feelings in therapy can help you understand your emotions and feelings in a way that is supportive, non-judgemental and confidential.

Jane Jackson is a person-centered counsellor and BACP registered psychotherapist with extensive experience working with individuals and couples. She works with a wide range of mental health issues, from stress-related issues to depression. Therapy is a non-judgemental process. Working within the framework of empathy and autonomy, therapy can be hugely beneficial to your mental health and well-being. Helping through the struggles we can face in everyday life. All that is needed is for you to reach out to make that first contact.

When you feel you want things to change this is often the moment people reach out and is an important step to recovery.

There is help and guidance when you are ready to make that first step.
